I attend Jeff's church and he is an amazing teacher. Although I LOVED this book, it does have a slower start, but stick with it! About 1/3 of the way through, he kicks in high gear and speaks loudly! My favorite take away is being a light right where I'm at - not waiting for the perfect time, or the best education/extensive knowledge in the Bible - it is glorifying God right here, right now. Excellent advice - and Jeff lives it, day in and day out!

The book is a must read for all. The author has been blessed with a writing ability that resembles C. S. Lewis. The book will bring your emotions alive and inspire you to witness in your life for Jesus Christ.
If you are beginning to seek Christianity or if you have been a life time follower of the Lord your time in this book will be rewarding.
I finished it in two days and was moved to send a copy to a friend. The book can only benefit your life.

Everything in this book is what I've been wanting to tell me friends that I just can never seem to explain very well. This book contains it all and is a MUST READ, Period! Anyone who is thinking there is more to life than just a worldly routine, let this be the book to make you rethink your approach to "if God really exists," "who is Jesus Christ anyway," "how can I know for myself what's right," and "what is truth?" If you dare to read Challenging Christianity, you won't be disappointed. It centers on Biblical truth presented in a contemporary fashion. The gospel message is presented in a manner relevant for seekers of this generation. It includes much relevant discussion for seekers of the faith. It also covers several good apologetic arguments for Christians new to defending their faith. Back and forth dialogue makes for easy reading. Answers the questions that are most often asked. May He find you on your knees at the foot of the cross by the end of the book!

I have been studying the bible for just a few years and this book is one everyone will want to have on their shelf (to give to others) so you can share the good news in a clear way. My husband just joined a bible study and brought this book home to me. This is a "how to" book with life experiences. I would love to see a study guide!
