Robert F. Lusch, James R. Carver, Patrick M. Dunne. I received the book and the cover is different and says on it that it is NOT intended for circulations except in India and a few other random countries, not including the US. So first the cover is different and now the content as well? I have already started school now and have to wait for the right book. Проверенная покупка: да Состояние товара: Новые.

Production Technology Analyst: Emily Gross. A Proposed Orientation The approach to the study and practice of retailing that is reected in this book is an outgrowth of the previous discussion. This approach has four major orientations: (1) environmental, (2) management planning, (3) prot, and (4) decision making. • Excellent book. Clear concise overview of retailing. This should be required reading for all new managers not justvfor those studying retailin in school. Recommend this to anyone lòking to grow their career in retailing.

  • LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!! I bought this book instead of my school version and took a chance that there might be some major differences... not!!! Same book waayyyyy different price. I saved over $150 buying this book... what's not to love? ;))))

  • Ok as an introductory retail book, if you are looking for very basic, high level information. Definitely lacking if you are looking to get into some of the more 'current state of the art' trends and details.

  • Prompt shipping and quality as advertised for this used book. I wish I had figured out how much less expensive books are used on the internet!

  • Seventh edition textbook. So far, for class, it's provided great overviews into the world of retailing.
Information current and still relative to present times. Should still be good for another four or five years.

  • Actually, after I ordered the book, my professor told that the textbook was necessary. I thought about to return this item. But the price is reasonable, and delivery is fast. Furthermore, the quality is very GOOD! I decide to keep it as an outside reading.

  • Easy to read but boring subject. The chapters are long but the author does good at drawing the reader in.
