  • I bought this book for a college class, but it really came in handy once I started my job after college -- I used this book to restructure our meetings at work. There was one group who seemed to always meet for far too long, talk the whole time, and still get nowhere. It was not a panacea, but it was exceedingly helpful with positive feedback from many of the group members. This book from the 70s is still very relevant today and I would highly recommend it.

  • Recommended during a training I went to. Great resource!

  • I gave it an extra star because there were some good things in the book but it was about 10 pages of info streached out about 10 times too long.

  • Great book. fast shipping.

  • Excellent resource!

  • this is a great cook book on how to run effective problem solving meetings. It really breaks it down well

  • Well written - great guidelines we had all our management read it as a mandatory read and discussion. good book

  • This book was referenced in one of our Teaming Handbooks at work and it has been more than helpful in helping to train our team facilitators. Very worthwhile!!
