  • I like this book a lot. I love selling and think that this book does a great job summarizing most things regarding all different types of selling.

  • I needed this textbook for a class I am taking. The bookstore price was 5 times what I bought it for here.

  • This was a textbook for a college course.
    It is written and illustrated in away that seems like it was made for high school students.
    Also, the "Index" in the back is very unhelpful as it was populated by so few words and page references as to make searching for information related to a single word nearly impossible. For example, try finding out about "keystoning" using the Index ... or the table of contents...
    I am going to tell the instructor that this book sucks for the course and to choose a different one for future classes. Her lectures and PowerPoint presentations were far better than the book.
