I like how this book looks at real estate syndication from a variety of perspectives. Freshman also provides detailed examples to aid understanding.

I like how this book looks at real estate syndication from a variety of perspectives. If you are thinking about real estate syndication, this book should be worth your investment. One person found this helpful. Overall a good value as a Kindle book because of the substantial discount from hard copy. However, the tables are misaligned - almost useless in some cases. Fortunately, there aren't too many.

THE AUTHOR Samuel Freshman has long distinguished himself in the legal and real estate field. He has lectured extensively on the subjects of real estate syndication, finance and law before Realty Boards, Bar Associations, CPA Societies, Colleges and Universities. Mr. Freshman assisted in the preparation of both the California Corporation and Real Estate Commissioner’s syndicate regulations. He is a partner in numerous real estate investments. He is a graduate of Stanford.
