The book appears to cover the basic points to be made about property management but could contain more critical detail.

It was not purchased for a class but to learn if it had specifics about management of condomimiums and outsourced management companies. It did not mention details about the relationship between the owners, their boards and the management companies such as mandatory audits, fiduciary considerations, education of board members, etc. Typically, the owners/boards abdicate total management to outsourced companies and this should be mentioned and ways of board control and awareness should be mentioned. This alterting could be done in just a few paragraphs.

Other well known books have been consulted. They also fail in this regard.

  • Great quality, perfect condition. Was exactly what I needed for my Property Asset Management class in college. Saved a pretty penny (a lot, actually) by buying from Amazon! highly recommend.

  • Just as expected.

  • This book was exactly what I needed for my class and it arrived well before the school received their stock. It is exactly what I needed to be successful in my class
