  • At first, I thought this book/class would teach me how to write good business documents with no grammar errors; then this book/class comes out just a grammar book/class. My professor is a business teacher; his business class is very exciting, but his grammar class is quite slow as he is not an English teacher, so it should be taught by an English teacher. Even though this book is a very good grammar book, it should change the name to English Grammar than Business English in order to prevent people from expecting something different.

  • We covered only a few chapters in class. The lectures were more interesting than this book; the homework was okay, except when we were "required" to create our own sentences (I hated that). When I tried to sell it to my college bookstore (they would buy books even if they did not come from there originally), I was told that the book was no longer being used for the Business English course (wish the course curricula changed after the spring quarter).

  • I read this book for a Business English class, if you find yourself needing to learn how to communicate better in the business world. This book will help you. I highly recommend this book to anyone out there that is trying to better their English.

  • Seriously well written textbook. With great excerpts about some errors made in the real world as well as common misconceptions.

    If you have a student who is struggling with Grammer in grade school, I suggest this book because it has great reference material that will make more sense. At this point of my education is great review. If I had it then, I would have Aced that class.

  • Great quality book received promptly thanks to Prime. Should not be labeled as having access card because it does not, this isn't a big deal to me because I don't need it but it should be known my purchase was inaccurate. No damage to used product only notes (which are useful anyways); would suggest seller. I dislike the class but that's not at all the retailer's fault.

  • I purchased this book for a Business English class I had to take as a prerequisite for another. It is put together very well. Easy to read and I enjoyed the exercises. It has served its purpose.

  • Book is the right one but was not like new as stated as all the in book work sheets were filled out so low stars for less then stated condition.
