  • This book is a pure waste - costs $69 with taxes. It as 95 pages and content is 75 pages only. The book is the size of a mini iPad. Not sure who wrote the other reviews. Content is very generic - something that you can search on google.

  • After recently graduating college in 2011, I landed a job for a health care company, and was immediately thrown into a BizTalk development role that implemented many scenarios presented in this book. I have spent countless hours figuring out many of the topic's in this book, such as the mapping of 837P 5010 to 837P 4010. Also, I have had to work with existing maps that look like the unsupportable example on page 49. I wish this book would have come out 2 years ago. it would have saved me literally hundreds of hours. This book should be required reading for anybody implementing BizTalk EDI health care solutions, and is worth its weight in gold.

For anyone getting started with BizTalk in the healthcare field, this book is a mandatory tool for the company library. This book is an excellent springboard for both novice and advanced students of EDI.
