Poister) rather than using it as a reference book or something to thumb through when I’m a little on the bored side to find some kind of historical anecdote or fact to throw at patrons when they’re being irritating about who knows more.

  • a classic perfect for anyone

  • Small book makes harder to read but lots of content, information about different types of liquor and recipes.

  • My husband loves this book. He had to get a second copy for our vacation home!

  • The New American Bartender's Guide: Third Edition, purchased through Amazon.com, contains a plethera of drink recipe's; Far more than I'll ever use, probably, but I doubt I'll ever be unable to mix just about any drink I want.

  • This book is packed full with recipes on drinks, but I wouldn't suggest this book if your just starting out with Bartending. It doesn't tell you how to pour or what not to mix togather. But if your good at that this is the book for you.

  • as a seasoned bartender I found this book to be a very complete and well organized guide to the world of bartending. although a complete beginner to the world of bartending will find it a bit ovet the top , I highly recomend this book to every working or home bartender looking to improve his craftmanship.

  • As a bartender I found this book very helpful.
