  • I've tried many of the recipes in here - DELICIOUS combinations! When I first flipped through the book I started marking the pages of recipes I wanted to try - and realized I'd marked every page. This book also has some basic info on making a risotto - which I knew before I got the book. But the flavor combinations make this book totally worth having!
