Eat This Too: It'll Make You Feel Better. Eat This Too. Dom Deluise. The receipts are wonderful peasant dishes, as well as, other receipts that have improved my Italian cooking, substantially. And that's saying something, because I'm Italian by birth! The best meatballs I ever made came from this book.

Eat This Too: It'll Make You Feel Better Paperback. This book is a reprint of the same material as in Dom DeLuise EatThis. First book is wonderful, but this is not new material. It'll Make You Feel Better Paperback.

Eat This Too Hardcover. Eat This It'll Make You Feel Better Paperback.

Eat This Too. This cookbook is great. The recipes in this book are very easy to follow and make and they all bring me back in time to when my own mother made these same foods. I love how my kitchen smells the way my mom's kitchen smelled when she cooked up some of the recipes in this book. I highly recommend this book to people who like good food and like to cook. One person found this helpful. I received this book 23 years ago for my wedding shower gift from my cousin. Eat This Again: It'll Make You Feel Better. She highlighted recipes that she made and loved and I have used this book over those 23 years and love it!!! I just purchased this for my son who just got engaged and am going to do the same for him. We are Italian and these recipes are authentic and great!!

Dominick DeLuise (August 1, 1933 – May 4, 2009) was an American actor, voice actor, comedian, director, producer, chef and author. He was the husband of actress Carol Arthur and the father of actor, director, pianist, and writer Peter DeLuise, and actors David DeLuise and Michael DeLuise. He starred in a number of movies directed by Mel Brooks, in a series of films with career-long best friend Burt Reynolds, and as a voice actor in various animated films by Don Bluth.

The popular comedian serves up a second helping of tempting and healthy, low-fat Italian fare, combining recipes with humorous anecdotes about food, family, friends, and show business.
  • More great receipts, who could ask for more. Again, I have not tried any receipts from this edition yet, but I have no doubt it will be just as great as his first edition. I went on AMAZON to re-order Dom Del Louise' cookbook:" Eat This It Will Make You Feel Better", when I discovered there were 2 other editions, so I'm immediately ordered them as well. I'm sure they won't disappoint. As far as I'm concerned, Dom Del Louise is the "DOM" of Italian cooking!!

  • Although the book was in excellent condition and arrived in a timely manner, I was disappointed with the content. Who knew that Dom Delouise would go diet???? I loved his first book and was looking forward to this one being as filled with luscious recipes, but instead I found diet shortcuts and not very appetizing recipes. With the demise of this great man, I will never have more of his Mom's delicious recipes from the past. Too bad, too sad.

  • Dom Deluise's cookbooks are always fun and good food to boot. Well written and clear concise directions to make great tasting Italian Dishes,

  • Love Dom's books! They are as much fun to read as they are to cook from! Real home recipes with easy to find ingredients! Haven't made one recipe that was not enjoyed by all! Miss you, Dom!

  • This second "Eat This" book is nearly as good as the first: lots of great recipes, fun family stuff, etc. Here we have more bread recipes and finally some good pizza and calzone recipes. There does seem to be more emphasis on dead animal and in a misguided effort to keep fat calories down he uses margarine (a synthetic and dangerous substance that has the same amount of fat as butter, but increases cancer risk) instead of butter. With these few exceptions, I can recommend this book with nearly as much enthusiasm as the first one.

  • Not as good as the first one but some good recipes

  • Although there are many repeats from the first book, and although the first book is fabulous, this version is more precise in some ways. For example, instead of just giving the recipe for pizza dough like the first version, this version also includes the cooking time and temperature requirements...a very important addition!

  • Awesome recipes and beautiful book. Bought this years ago and it's still my go-to recipe book.
