There is little about how the AWD works and how to optimally drive it for the normal driver. There are still not a lot of books about the audi quattro and this one is real good

There is little about how the AWD works and how to optimally drive it for the normal driver. A few tidbits of information, but definitly not a reference book. There is a whole chapter on how to keep your car from being stolen, which I found silly. Some nice pictures of race cars. There are still not a lot of books about the audi quattro and this one is real good. There is a good structure between history, ralley, technical and advices in any case. The only thing i miss is the circumstance, that there not enough of full colored picture of the sport quattro and quattros with the drivers seat on the left side.

Report an error in the book. There are dramas, tragedies, scandals and characters galore, all packaged in an easily readable ‘dip-in’ format. We can see how major national and international events impacted on the population at home, the progress made by technology and the fads and fancies of fashion and novelty.

The Little Book of Lykke. Secrets of the World's Happiest People. In The Little Book of Lykke, Meik identifies the six factors that explain the majority of differences in happiness across the world - togetherness, money, health, freedom, trust, and kindness - and explores what actions we can take to become happier. As he reveals, we can deepen our blissfulness and contentment with little adjustments in our behavior, whether it's eating like the French (sitting around a table and savoring our time) or dancing the tango like Argentinians in Buenos Aires.

The car was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1980 and as the first four-wheel drive grand tourer since 1966 it caused a sensation. The car became one of the most significant rally cars of all time when it was one of the first to take advantage of the changed rules in competition racing allowing a four-wheel drive to participate. Critics were sceptical that a four-wheel drive could achieve as near as much momentum, power and versatility. They were to be proved wrong.
  • I actually bought this book at the request of my husband, the Audi aficionado in the family. He had seen it, thought it would be an informative book, and liked that Amazon had a great price. He noted that the book was very good and has used it as a reference often. The book arrived from the sellers, promptly, in good condition. He would recommend it to other Audi owners and fans.

  • Great write-ups with plenty of pictures. Good for a coffee table book at the office for people to flip through. The one thing I didn't like is that more than half of the pictures are split over the binding so you lose some of the pic in the seam. Also split in odd ways like 75% on one side and 25% on the other which ruins a bit of the pictures for me.

  • As a long time master Audi tech, I had to get this book. Excited I found it on here. Awesome!!
