  • This short set of stories was a good read for me. The problem is that it almost every story was a ghost story. I happen to like ghost stories, so that is why I enjoyed reading the book. However, the Twilight Zone is NOT a set of these kind of stories. It was more of a Night Gallery collection but definitely not TZ. However it also contained a few stories from the original series such as "Judgement Night", "The Purple Testament", The 16 Millimeter Shrine", "The Man in the Bottle" and "The Mirror Image". So if you like ghost stories you'll likely enjoy reading this book. But if you are a TZ purist, you most likely will not other than reading the original stories I just mentioned. There is also a very short introduction about Rod Serling. The book says it is adapted by Walter B. Gibson. I assume he must have written all 26 stories because there is no mention at all who wrote any of the stories. There are only the titles of them.

  • Great stories

  • Read this book some 50 years ago and never forgot one of the stories in it. Found out my husband had also read it way back when we were kids in high school and also remembered the same story. Was thrilled to find it and give it to him for Christmas.
