This was a wonderful book detailing the British royal family's activities during the Second World War. Theo Aronson does a good job profiling each member of the royal family

This was a wonderful book detailing the British royal family's activities during the Second World War. Theo Aronson does a good job profiling each member of the royal family. The text moved along without getting the reader bogged down into the specifics of the war. You really get a sense of how the royal family became even more special to the British people during this time.
