A scene from a novel by C Dean Andersson (writing as Asa Drake). The Bloodsong Saga is a full of bondage scenes like this. It's solid and entertaining Sword and Sorcery, full of action, magic and viking gods. Untypically I chose perhaps the only clothed bondage scene of the entire epic, but that bridal gown doesn't last long. Here's a relevant quote from the same novel. The depicted scene is taken from the original version "Werebeasts of Hel <(The Bloodsong Saga Book 3)" In the re-written omnibus version "Bloodsong - Hel x 3" this scene is different. Jalna is naked and standing on a platform raised above the ice floor. Her hair is also no longer described as short-cut.

Vintage paperback
  • Classic sword and sorcery done RIGHT. Just finished the trilogy and I can now say that it's become one of my favourites. It's got everything - bad ass warrior babes, norse mythology, werewolves, witches, vampires, zombies... it's just a pleasure to read from start to finish. Just like the blurb on the back says "The heavy metal of fantasy adventure" just AWESOME.

  • This is the third published of a set following Warrior Witch of Hel and Death Riders of Hel.

    "Bloodsong and Justice!

He is Lokith, anti-Christ of Helheim and son of the warrior woman Bloodsong. Once destroyed by his mother, now allied with the Death Goddess Hel, he is back -- with a vast army of Death Riders from the blackest depths of the netherworld to claim evil dominion over all.

Her army now Lokith's Skull Slaves, her companions few, Bloodsong must face her son's vengeful fury and battle foul Hel-forces across the frozen wilds of the north. In the dark beast-powers that are her heritage lie her only chance of survival -- and of finding the ancient, long-vanished army that may be the earth's final hope.

  • Loved the book and wished I'd still had it to read all over again.

  • SO glad I found these books again. We had such a great run of sci-ci fantasy books from the eighties.
