  • Ah, Laymon: at it again with a book of short stories. This book is like the BEST OF Laymon's horrific scenarios. One of the most effective short stories in this collection, "Spooked", is only three pages long. I'm in love with Laymon!

  • LOVE It

  • Just finished reading this book it was A +. Another terrific book by Mr. Laymon. I think I just about have all his books now I have to start making a list I surely hope not I hope to get at least a couple more. Price was right.

  • I enjoyed this book.the author is amazing to read.i highly recommend this to everyone who loves scary creative writing.thanks for book

  • He never write anything that's not great

  • Being a Laymon fan for years I really wanted this short story collection of his. Mainly for collecting, and that's pretty much what it is. Just a book for collecting. Don't get me wrong, it's an okay book too. I read all the stories in it and only liked less than half of them. I think he's a better novel writer than a short story writer. Some of the stories are actually really good, but most are just okay. I'm glad to have it in the collection though. If you're looking for his best stuff, don't get this unless you're a big fan of his.

  • Great way to complete my collection. Used books are a great idea. And they save money. Recently lost about 75% of my collection in a water pipe break. All used books I have purchased have been in acceptable condition for me to read, and re-read.

  • This book was great. It has some of the most clever and original horror tales I have ever read.
