I read Dear Teddy Robinson and More Teddy Robinson in 1970 when I was 6, living in England with my parents, and rediscovered them recently with my own children (boys aged 3 & 6). Each chapter is a delightful bedtime story.

Joan Mary Gale Robinson, née Thomas (10 February 1910 – 20 August 1988), was a British author and illustrator of children's books. She published her first book for children in 1939.
