Friends Forever Special: Everything Changes
  • Makes me sad because I love reading the series but I just couldn't with this one! Didn't even get passed the first couple chapters ;(

  • What if you were a typical thirteen year old girl, trying to live a typical life in Stoneybrook, CT? What if you and your friends had a babysitting business? What if you were happy and content, living the life you know, going through various misadventures that are always resolved quickly? But what if then... everything changes?

  • I loved this book! It was so much more realistic then the Baby-sitters' Club! There were four different teens so there are four different stories!
Mary Anne is still coming to terms that her house and all her things burned down.
Stacey has to struggle with the fact that her father suddenily dissoproves of her older boyfriend, plus the fact that her father and his girlfriend's relationship has become VERY serious.
I like these books because instead of saying "This is sooooo boring!" you say "Yeah I can relate to that!"
I'm happy that this isn't just about the BSC! You'll deafnitely see all different kinds of plots in this new series.
This is the stuff teens can relate to! Everything Changes! Thanks Ann!

  • I really applaud Ann M. Martin for coming up with this series. I have read the BSC books since I was in third grade. Once I started buying them, I couldn't stop. After I had over one hundred of them, including Super Specials and Mysteries, my mom said no more. I'm in eleventh grade now, and I still read those books, only because I've half memorized them at this point, and I have no other books right now. I've always thought that the original series wasn't so realistic, especially once I got to be the ages of the girls. They were still fun to read though. But it was getting old having them go through the same stuff every time. I haven't had a chance to read CA diaries yet, but I will. I've flipped through them, though, and they're pretty tempting. BSC Friends Forever is the best. I bought Everything Changes during the summer because I figured I may as well see exactly what changes. I'm very pleased, and I think that it is much more realistic then the original series. I can't find my copy of it right now, but I'm looking like crazy! I know it's around somewhere. THANKS, ANN!

  • When I started reading this book, I thought it was going to be really different and better then the old babysitters club. It was quite good, but I think the new series will be better then this super edition. I thought so many members leaving all at once was a bit sudden- some of them should have left earlier. I also found it confusing since it was all written in letters and diary enteries. I think the series is changing for the better, but this book isn't the best of the new series

  • This book was okay a bit boring though. Also the girls they used on the front for Kristy and Mary Anne look so young. Kristy looks about nine and Mary Anne looks about 11. Claudia and Stacey are the only ones who look 13. I can't believe Kristy stopped talking to Abby after she told her she was leaving the club how childish. It was confusing as it was in letters, emails and diary entrys. I normally love these sorts of books but Ann didnt do a very good job of it and should stick to narration ones.

  • This book was like okay. Even though, I have to admit that I liked some other books in the series a little better, such as Kristy's Big News, Friends Forever #1. Don't take my words wrong, this book is neat. Again, as all the other Baby Sitters Club books, I suggest you to read it.

  • BSC Friends Forever is a great series. but it was sad. Many members left. I love Baby-sitters club books, but now I'm hooked to BSC Friends Forever. I hope eveyone who reads these books feel the same way as I do. These books are spectacular.
