I've been a fan of Kate Hindley's work for a long, long time and couldn't wait to get my hands on her new picture book 'The Great Snortle Hunt' - The illustrations are so beautiful and full of character and whimsy. The story (written by Claire Freedman) is just as good - nice to read to children as it rhymes and there is a lot of expression in it to keep them interested.
