  • This little pamphlet is just wonderful! First, it's a bifold, printed on two sides on heavy coated stock to last. Sized and printed conveniently to be seen with older eyes and easily grabbed from a night table. The exercises are easy, short, and not difficult, but they work all the primary muscle and bone groups. I'm 77 and getting very creaky. I hate exercising and avoid it every chance I can. But I've been doing these for almost a week now and can really see a difference.

    I get up, go to the bathroom, let the dog out, then return to bed and follow the plan. The illustrations are wonderful and make me smile. Nice way to begin the day. They only take ten minutes at most. When I'm up and dressed and ready for the day, my first stop is the kitchen where I make coffee and clean up the clutter and mess from the night or day before, empty the dishwasher, put things away, etc. This used to be hard and not fun, but now I can reach those hard-to-reach upper and lower cabinets much easier. My movements are much more fluid and don't hurt. I move slowly, to be sure, but moving is so much easier. Then I ramp up my speed as the day goes along.

    I'm in a better mood because I feel better. Knees, ankles, joints and muscles work better and don't hurt so much. All this help for $3.50?!! Wow. I have ordered several more of these pamphlets to give to my friends. Give it a try; you have much to gain and nothing to lose.

  • The directions are easy to see and follow, the pamphlet is rugged and folds easily to show a few stretches at a time, and the stretching helps to 'warm up' your body before getting out of bed. I do these stretches most days, and can feel the difference they make. I have given several of these pamphlets to friends with my high recommendation. A great, inexpensive gift for someone you love (or like).

  • This is a cute little pamphlet with a few nice stretches in it, but nothing new.

  • The only problem with this product is this user's motivation. Recently too groggy to complete the exercises. Nice compact size to keep on bed.
