  • This book has everything you need to document your daily workouts. I like the fact that it does not have a bunch of fluff to make the book larger than it needs to be. I wish it had a pen loop on it. Other than that it is perfect for me.

  • This is a great workout journal. Has plenty of space for notes, keeping track of the type of workout, time spent,etc. Also has a chart for tracking your weight. In addition, it starts out with several exercises to perform to determine your level of fitness.

  • This is exactly what I was hoping it would be! It is detailed, yet not distracting and it really helps you to stay motivated!

  • the journal has way too much stuff to record and half of the it in the front is info about working out and tips. I didn't like the binding, you can't fold the book back

  • I don't mind the info in the front of the book as the most important thing for me is the ample space to write down all the data I need to log. I have primarily used running specific journals in the past which have worked great, but on the day I picked this up, well it was the best option available. I've lost months of running due to chronic sinusitis and antibiotic "poisoning" (as I call it) so having the daily reminder for "relaxation" is not a bad idea, though I don't really need some of the information on each page. I do need to step up the weight training so that is good to have included. I also like the weekly goals, recap, etc. area. I am not so sure how effective the calories burned section is but that is another story. I've been pretty pleased with this book with one serious exception.....you can't fold it back when you are writing in it due to the cheap plastic binding used. I think it also gets in the way when writing in the journal. I can't recommend this journal as there are many more out there with similar page formatting, that can be more easily used and written in.
