  • Very comprehensive on sniping stories over more than a century, but I was expecting something more detailed. A little to superficial on all the accountings. Very interesting nevertheless.

  • a lot more history than sniper tales

  • Great stories of real men.

  • seems to be completely created of excerpts from other books. has a few glaring errors (such as making carlos hathcock part of the us army instead of the usmc). lots of pictures, not enough substance, but an ok read when there's nothing else around. relates a few incidents, but is not loaded with 'stories' or 'episodes.

  • FANTASTIC BOOK

  • As described and fast shipment.

  • IMHO, the prose is simply subpar -- the book is oddly written or edited, with shifts in topic and interjections that don't belong. At least a couple of the captions are wrong, and some of the technical data suggests that whoever compiled it did not grasp issues that would be important to readers.

  • Very interesting.
