Megan Hart is the author of Broken, Deeper, Dirty, Stranger, and Tempted. Bought the first book because of Lauren Dane, not a huge fan of Maya Banks. Bought No Reservation to continue the stories of Kate and Dix and Leah and Brandon.

Megan Hart is the author of Broken, Deeper, Dirty, Stranger, and Tempted. Lauren Dane is the author of Giving Chase, Laid Bare, Taking Chase, Relentless, and Undercover. They are the coauthors of Taking Care of Business. It was a good read if you are interested in a lot of sex and a little story. I think the authors could have one, condensed book, instead of two books.

No Reservations book. This co-authored novel from Black Lace tells the tale of Kate and Leah, two women spending Christmas with their respective boyfriends. Unfortunately, they're not having the best of times. Kate's ideal Christmas is spoilt by the arrival of Dix's poisonous ex-wife, who seems to forget that she's his ex. Leah, on the other hand is stuck with Brandon and his perfect family who all seem to adore her.

They're not alone in the house. With a baby on the way and a brand new house, it seems Ginny and her husband, Sean, are on their way to a fresh start.

Two sexy and determined men. One penthouse suite. And no reservations  .

Megan Hart is a New York Times best-selling American author of over thirty romantic and erotic novels. Hart became interested in writing after reading the Ray Bradbury short story "Homecoming". Moved by this work, she rewrote her own version and began creating stories. She was inspired to write professionally after reading Stephen King's The Stand. After a long break Hart resumed writing in 1998, publishing her first book in 2002.

Christmas is not so merry for Kate and Leah. Christmas is not so merry for Kate and Leah. Kate's romantic winter holiday is destroyed by the sudden and uninvited presence of Dix's annoying ex-wife, while Brandon's super-perfect family and a diamond ring send Leah running for the refuge of a girls' vacation with Kate to Sin City.

But Dix and Brandon both know what they want. In hot pursuit, the men show up in Vegas, ready to use every sensual trick they have to convince Kate and Leah to take a gamble on forever. Four days in Vegas, two sexy and determined men, one penthouse suite, and no reservations make for one wild ride.
  • Book #2 - No Reservations is a continuation of Taking Care of Business - the girls run off to Vegas because they can't stand being with their boyfriends family any longer! And of course there is a S & M conference going on at the girls hotel. Basically all that goes on there is they wake-up, have sex, shower while having sex, meet at the cafe and all four eat together, and then one couple will go back to the room to have sex, while the other one has sex in a public place, then they get ready for dinner, have sex after dinner, bath time, and more sex. They are sexed to death!

  • This has to be the worst written book I've ever read. I cannot finish it after reading 4 chapters. There is no plot only badly written sex scenes and teenage style jealousies/ fighting.

  • The book was very good and I would recommed this book to my friends. Megan Hart and Lauren Dane is a good writer and story teller and I will continue reading her books

  • Hot!

  • Bought the first book because of Lauren Dane, not a huge fan of Maya Banks. Bought No Reservation to continue the stories of Kate and Dix and Leah and Brandon. It was a good read if you are interested in a lot of sex and a little story. I think the authors could have one, condensed book, instead of two books. The book meanders along pleasantly. No need to wonder what the characters are going to do next. Their days in Vegas consist of getting up, sex, breakfast, sex, out for a bit, back to hotel for sex. I like a bit more plot and character development with my sex scenes.

  • I generally love all Megan Hart books. This book was enjoyable, but I generally like a little more story or plot with my steamy scenes. It seems that this book went from one sex scene to the next without much of a story break. Megan does sex scenes with the best though! LOL

  • Loved it

  • Ok so let me start out by saying I love love love Megan Hart. I haven't read any of Lauren Dane yet but recently purchased Undercover. This book could have been great but (and I hate to say this) it was just not good in my opinion. There really were too many sex scenes! Hard to believe, but true. I mean in a dressing room, a restaurant booth, a club dance floor come on what's with the public sex all the time?! It made the women a little unattractive to me, as if they weren't capable of doing anything else. Kate started getting on my nerves, she was just so mean sometimes! Leah got to the point where she was almost trying to make a statement with her whole domination thing to the point where she started to emasculate Brandon. Brandon and Dix were great, loved them. It also got very tiring how Kate and Leah were fighting their relationships so much. Frankly it was annoying. Definitely a hot book, with hot scenes, but overall an empty story filled with wishy-washy pushy women and many many sex scenes.

One other thing, which is just a pet peeve of mine. The text of the book! Replacing all the C's with S's ex. practise, and the 'ed' with 't' ex. spilt, leant and addng in U's ex. behaviour. I guess I just like a more traditional text. These words are throughout the entire book and kept catching me up on them; too distracting. Also, it seemed as if there were things missing between sentences, perhaps when it switched from on author to another. I'm not sure how it works with more than one writer, but there just wasn't a smooth transition a lot of the times. I was having to reread sentences because they just weren't making sense.
