  • I was inspired to purchase this book after using the search inside device provided by amazon.com. I am very much interested in the Ancient Egyptian culture. This book is amazing providing quite a few larger projects including the Sphinx, King Tut, and a goddess. It also has quite a large amount of smaller motifs ideal for bookmarks including Osiris, the eye of Horus, Isis, Anubis etc. At the end of the book you can find a few border designs. This book uses quite a lot of color mostly green, red, yellow, and blue. It provides colored charts containing symbols for easy identification. A definite must have for any cross stitcher!

  • Stitching King Tut now.

  • This book is a nice addition to any cross stitch library. It was a nice mix of small and large projects, as well as a nice mix of difficulty ranges for the new and experienced cross stitcher.

  • I have an Egyptian theme in my master bathroom and was looking for some great images to do in cross stitch to display in this room. This book is full of wonderful images that you can do in entirety or grab parts of to create your own masterpieces. Highly recommend this book.

  • I just love the charts in this book. I was getting tired of the same old books. This book is really refreshing. The charts when stitched turn out gorgeous. It is well worth what I paid for it. Even if it hadn't been on sale I would have bought it.

  • I've been looking far and wide for this cross-stitch book for two years! Having an Egyptian theme in our relatively new master suite and being a cross-stitcher for many years, I can't wait to finish wht I'm doing to get started on these. Only problem is I don't know which one to start with.

The patterns are clear and instructions complete. It should be easy for even the most novice stitcher to use.

  • Very VERY nice book, with very nice scenes included. Cannot wait to gift this to my mother. She'll be just as thrilled since it's not just a fox or bear this time, LOL.
