  • This book came to me in excellent condition. It got to me really quickly. This is a textbook for a class but it is actually an easy read (unlike many textbooks) and really helpful for someone who is taking my first class in substance abuse. I would recommend this book to all students working in the mental health field whether you are going to specialize in substance abuse or not. It is full of useful information and I can't say enough about its value to my education.

  • Great book for any clinical counselor! I am enjoying the applications I may use in my counseling career. I am a clinical social worker.

  • Awesome textbook! I am using it in my classes and I think it's such a great reference. It's a must buy!

  • One will not find anything new in this book. If you are not a strong proponent of the disease concept then you will probably not like it.

  • This is a good textbook. The conditions of the book were exactly how the seller stated. Thanks.

  • Good text book
