Chinese Astrology is one of the very oldest practice in the known universe. The Chinese Astrology is based on the Yin Yang or the five elements. The five elements are the Water, Metal, Wood, Fire and the Earth

Chinese Astrology is one of the very oldest practice in the known universe. Built on a twelve year lunar cycle it differs from the western astrology which is based on the months of the year. Each individual year is based on the sign of a particular animal. The five elements are the Water, Metal, Wood, Fire and the Earth. The exclusiveness of the Chinese Astrology is attributed to the fact that it tells us which other animal sign is compatible with us. Vaara.

The quintessential guide to the Chinese Zodiac from Astrology. com is based on the ancient origin story of the Great Race, which determined each animal's position in the zodiac. Like so many ancient traditions, the origin stories of the Chinese zodiac vary. Some say that the Buddha (or Jade Emperor) called on all animals to help mankind and only 12 responded. Others say that a Great Race was held to determine which animals would be placed in the zodiac for eternity. This guide is based on the ancient origin story of the Great Race, which determined each animal's position in the zodiac. Don't know your chinese zodiac sign?

  • This book is more like a generalized prediction. Most of the things it said about my sign, it didn't really click. I know it's just an astrology guide like the book said, but all I can say is it's just useless for me. I don't recommend this book.

  • My friend purchased this book and was mad after he received it in the mail. He thought it would offer a lot of valuable and useful information that would help him but it only offered general and vague summaries and points that never really revealed anything important or useful to him. After looking through it I thought of how it reminded me of my online purchase of Joey Yaps Bazi Day Pillar Forecast for 2012. The book doesn't provide people who know their stuff any substance to work with. So I had to write this review for the book and to validate it with what I bought on his website!
The Joey Yap online Bazi 12 months forecast cost me a whopping $26.90 for 15 pages of spaced out words and barely filled pages. Oh, I would say I'm pissed about it. I mean I wouldn't mind paying for something that was worth the money but it was a waste of money. There was a page wasted on advertising their services in the middle (what the heck?!) and then towards the end more about how you need to contact them for more details and even greater understanding and so forth, basically trying to make money off of you. After getting this service from Joey Yap's website, I don't think I trust his materials or books anymore. I wanted to purchase some of his Bazi books but I read other people's review about how you would need to purchase the next book and then the next book for revealed secrets or information. I don't want to get ripped off like that. Sigh, and I had previously had high hopes for this guy too!
This is a honest review from a real person and my disappointed friend but especially me because I'm so disappointed at the dumb online report I got. I wish I can get my money back. Well at least I didn't make the mistake to buy any of his books. But $26.90 for 15 pages of baloney, (things I can't even use or find helpful) is really like stealing money from a kid! And I read it once and I don't even need to read it again or refer back to it for my monthly forecast because it's useless!
