I bought this book for my daughter who is pursuing Geography at A' Levels. The book has very concise and easy definitions of geographical terms. It also has helpful equations and diagrams. My daughter said that it is extremely helpful to her course.

I bought this in my first year of studying Geography at the University of Manchester.

It has been a really valuable source of primary stimulation for a lot of topics that I have covered and is very comprehensive. It's a British book so of course it has plenty of British examples but it's not intended to be a full and all encompassing guide, it is however, a really useful starting point and the definitions are precise and accurate.

I highly recommend this book to anybody studying Geography, at whatever level as it is easy to use and has a wide variety of terms, topics and themes that are appropriate for most levels. I've found it to be particularly helpful in highlighting key readings to start from for essay writing.

You won't regret buying it.

A cheap book which lets one use the right terms or cover more topics and look into the geography. It is a paperback and could really help with a school project or a review in the summer. The examples though are from Britain.
