  • Great reaearch-based book with steps to truly become more aware of why you become angry and how to manage it. Highly suggest for any parent.

  • Very well written book. Kicked to the curb my temper and taught me how to be more patient. It is a must-have book in the pinnacle of behavioral books that show us how to deal with life's challenges, so that we can generate more happiness for our family and for us.
If a kid were smart, careful, insightful, never disappointing, never at fault, well-behaved, etc....the kid could've run the country, could've gone to the moon, could've cooked fancy dishes, talked in public, etc...and That would have confused or worried me more.
But a kid of 5-year old, or 9-year old, or 2-year old will behave as a 5-year old, a 9-year old, a 2-year old, and so on.
Thus, our anger is not justified. It just needs to be educated so it will dissipate.

  • I sent this to a Parent who was verbally abusing her daughter. She got very angry with me and yelled even louder at her child.
