I hope you enjoy my first book. It’s been a long but thrilling ride to get here. Hugs, Suzanne Cox. A different kind of man.

Like many of us, her life hasn’t always been a bed of roses. But I hope that, like Emalea, we can learn there’s still a lot of good in the world and a lot of love. I hope you enjoy my first book. I’d love to hear from readers. Suzanne Cox. A Note From The Author. I wrote my Dear Reader letter nearly three months before life in south Mississippi and New Orleans was irrevocably changed.

Similar books to Saving the Super-man: mm romance, (Kazuki & Evan). I don't see enough if these super hero stories in the MM genre and this is a very enjoyable one. I'm glad that this is book one because I want more.

She’d wanted to keep a low profile. Other author's books: Family Interrupted. A Man of Honor (Harlequin Super Romance). No newspaper articles, nothing that would connect her to the safe haven or expose its location-her clients at the shelter needed to feel secure. He understood her point, but she could have been killed.

Every book and every story is special to an author. It was usually like this, Brad Mitchell acknowledged, yet his gut tightened, reminding him why he’d wanted this assignment, how it still burned that he’d been turned down flat. The most special, though, are those that connect powerfully with you, the reader. And I can’t think of any stories more powerful or precious than those that contain children, touching on their happiness, their safety and our love for them.

The Romance Super Bundle II is coming July 14th! .

The world of gay romance novels is, if not quite as vast as the world of m/f romance, still quite expansive. Note: Books marked with an asterisk are which, in this case, means that the author is a queer man. Many of the other novels on this list are for different reasons. I’ve chosen only to make note of books written by queer men, but it is by no means intended to erase or ignore the many other identities held by the fabulous writers who have produced these works.

According to a poll, men love these five books. The truth is, guys appreciate a good romance. We may not fill up our shelves with the latest romance novel (after all, books primarily written for and marketed to women are, not so shockingly, still predominantly consumed by women), but a great number of our literary faves have love stories at the heart of them. 01. The Classic: ‘The Great Gatsby’ by F. Scott Fitzgerald. This syllabus staple easily topped the list of our faves.

  • This is the third book I've read by this author, and probably my third favorite. But, she has a talent for dialogue and everyday humor. Her characters are realistic.

  • Rhian MacGregor has spent the past seven years abstaining from relationships and taking care of her orphaned nephew. Her sister and brother-in-law were her only family and when they died in a tragic accident she took her seven month old nephew in and gave up all of her dreams to be his parent. Jem is now eight and going to be spending eight weeks in an RV with his father's parents. Rhian decides it is time to let lose - she decides to have a summer fling and write a children's novel.

Nathan Delaney is running from his identity as a famous author and finds himself hired as Rhian's new painter. He only plans to stay in town as long as it takes to paint her house, but finds himself drawn to the woman and wanting more than a summer fling. When a TV journalist manages to hunt him down, he has to decide to stay and make peace with being famous or stay on the lam and hide.

Rhian is a strong heroine who left this reader breathless in her antics and actions to save what she loves. Her love for Nathan outweighs common sense from the beginning and gives the goose bumps as she learns more about the man she fell in love with. When Nathan has a secret to keep he lets only those he loves in, and when he fell for the wrong woman he has to deal with that fact. This makes him scared of love and honesty, when he finally comes clean about it; the drama makes for a tale that ends with a bang!

WANTED MAN is the debut novel for author Ellen Hartman and is one of the best debut novels this reader has read! They say practice makes perfect, but this author is pretty darn near perfect as far as this reader is concerned. This is author will be put on my "to be watched" list and her website scoured frequently for tidbits on new titles. A secondary character, Min (Rhian's best friend and nanny) spoke to this reader, and will hopefully appear soon in a new novel from the talented Ms. Hartman. (*HINT*)

  • Wanted Man by Ellen Hartman is the first book I read in one sitting in a long time. It was literally so good, I could not stop reading it. Rhian MacGregor has been taking care of her 8 year old nephew since his parents were killed in a tragic accident when he was 7 months old. Nathan Delaney is hiding out in Rhian's town and she hires him to paint her house.

This book was funny, touching, the characters had depth and I really cared about them. Highly recommended.

  • I wasn't sure about this book as it was a debut author, but boy was I happy I decided to read it. The story is about a man who can't tell the truth about who he is and a woman who needs most of all to find a man she can trust. The story is entertaining from beginning to end. I couldn't put it down. I can't wait to see what's next from Ellen Hartman.
