  • A good book, somewhat outmoded with needing a tape recorder. It is something I will use in therapy very slowly. It sort of tore me up before the end of the first chapter. Would not suggest it to someone unless they were already in therapy.

  • This book was very thorough. The author has lived father loss and knows how to come out a better person. I now have a better understanding. Also the different exercises throughout the book were phenomenal. I highly recommend this read!

  • I personally have benefitted greatly from the process that the book took me through. It enabled me to have healthier relationships and find more peace of mind.
