It's as if Richard Bennett, a former scout himself and a subject of the book along with the others in his troop, had an epiphany one day and decided a book needed to be written that would tell and show what scouting meant to specific scouts, and in their own words. If every boy had a scouting background, we would be in a far better place as a nation today.
