The number of publications about The Book of Veles (Velesova or Vlesova Kniga) beats all records in Russian philological literature. This is surprising because its first publications and publications about it began in 1990. According to the first publisher of this manuscript on small boards Miroliubov, it is the first complete translation of the sacred texts of the Novgorod seers of the ninth century from the pre-Slavic alphabet into Russian.

The number of publications about The Book of Veles (Velesova or Vlesova Kniga) beats all records in Russian philological literature. According to the first publisher of this manuscript on small boards Miroliubov, it is the first complete translation of the sacred texts of the Novgorod seers of the ninth century from the pre-Slavic alphabet into Russian. This book is the most complete collection of critical analysis of this "manuscript" , its contributors conclude that the Book of Veles was written in the mid 20th century and its author was not proficient enough in the history of Old Russian and other Slavic languages, source studies, and history of culture. The articles are arranged in the order of their publication date in periodicals.
