Revivals of the Bible - Ernest Baker. It has some very insightful and challenging observations and is compulsory reading for those who require a Biblical basis for revival. Although many books deal with some Biblical revivals, (usually Pentecost), we have not found any work which is as comprehensive as this one by Baker. This volume contains twelve pictures of Revival from the Old Testament, ranging from the ministry of Moses through various judges, prophets and restorationists.

Baker (b. 1869) is best known for his book, The Revivals of the Bible (1906). It is called the most comprehensive book ever written on the revivals in the Bible. Baker was a Baptist pastor in Cape Town, South Africa.
