Find all the books, read about the author, and more. This book is just ok, it's sturdy and has great pictures but I get really hung up on the words.

Find all the books, read about the author, and more. They aren't all the traditional ones I expected, the verses are "wheels on the bus go round and round, horn on the bus goes beep beep beep, wipers on the bus go swish swish swish (all fine and good) and then we get driver on the bus says tickets please (I just say move on back instead since my boys can't. read yet to know the difference) then parents on the bus say chat chat chat, babies on the bus say wah wah wah, and people on the bus say shh shh shh.

I like to travel by bus when it isn't full. Hi PearlTailRing, That's a good question! The wheel is the circular metal part and the tyre is the thick, black rubber ring that fits around the outside of the wheel. I hope that helps! Best wishes MissInternetEarth LearnEnglish Kids team.

The Wheels on the Bus" is an American folk song written by Verna Hills (1898–1990) and published in 1939. It is a popular children's song in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and Canada, and is often sung by children on bus trips to keep themselves amused. It has a very repetitive rhythm, making the song easy for many people to sing, in a manner similar to the song "99 Bottles of Beer". It is based on fellow traditional British song "Here We Go Round the Mulberry Bush"

  • Review is for the book: we read this at the library and had to buy it for ourselves. Child loves singing the book. A couple extra verses like driver yells bump bump bump and people go thump thump thump; otherwise all the other normal verses are there except horn “beep beep beep” is missing.
My seller (used) didn’t send enough padding in the packaging and damaged the cover but I think this review is intended to be for the book itself which is great!!! Don’t hesitate to buy for a toddler and sing along to encourage reading!

  • This book is part of a set of books. The whole set is called "Sing Along Songs 2". It is soooo cute. My daughter is addicted to them and never puts them down. I ordered just this one as a gift and it was perfect! This is a great book for little ones! They never tire of it! My order was just as I expected. THANKS!

  • Had no problems getting my book. Arrived in great condition. Happy to find this book, as my granddaughter loves it! Will work with these sellers again.
